The LVR Archaeological Park is open again to a limited extent. Please note the current regulations on this page.
Indoors, masks are still compulsory for adults and children over 6 years of age.
Simple fabric masks are not permitted in the APX, please use so-called medical masks (OP masks or FFP2 masks).
There is the possibility to disinfect your hands in all toilet facilities.
The Roman buildings have limited access. The shipyard is currently not accessible.
The Roman restaurant in the hostel is currently closed.
The media and hands-on stations in the LVR-RömerMuseum are out of order.
Currently, guided tours in the park (up to 25 people) and guided tours in the LVR-RömerMuseum (up to 15 people) can be booked.
Open tours of the LVR-RömerMuseum take place on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 noon.Tickets can only be purchased on the day at the ticket office (no reservation). Duration 60 min.; cost adults 2 €, children 1 €.
Open guided tours of the State Archaeological Exhibition in the APX take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
