Publications

Three publication series provide insight into ongoing research and special exhibitions at the LVR-RömerMuseum and the LVR Archaeological Park Xanten. The guides and publications of the LVR Archaeological Park and the catalogues of the LVR-RömerMuseum present the research results in a richly illustrated and entertaining way for a broad audience. The Xantener Berichte are primarily aimed at the scientific community.

The publications of the LVR-APX are published in German.

Opening hours

From 1 March to the last Saturday in October (end of summer time) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
From the last Sunday in October (start of winter time) to 28 February from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Park and museum are closed on December 24, 25 and 31. Open on New Year's Day.
